We accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, secure credit card and direct wire transfers (Western Union), in denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept company purchase orders.

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders, at this time we only accept Credit Cards via our website "Pay Your Invoice" button and/or by phone with Stripe.

Currently we accept postal money orders and (local Area Money Orders) in denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.
(NOTE: All checks will be authorized using Bank check verification service. Returned checks will be referred to for collection and will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.)
If Paying by Credit Card, Check or Money Order, we don't ship your items until your credit card funds are verified, or check, money order is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear.
Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. As per MW Computer Design & Service policy, we will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.
MW Computer Design & Service can ship to virtually any address within the U.S. (or if you're shipping to an APO or FPO address), Remember that to find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.
We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with shipping company. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We Ship using USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. local customers can pickup there order or we can deliver it within 30 miles (a Travel Fee may apply) from our Home Office/Shop Location, call or e-mail for more information.

Return/Exchange (RMA) Policy:
(No Refunds, Only In House Credit or Exchange!)
Within 30 days of receipt of your order/shipment (including gifts), you may exchange any of the following items, if item is defective or receive a in house credit of MW Computer Design and Service original selling price, less a restocking fee of 18% at our discretion. (Customer/Buyer pays the shipping cost of the return, and is not refundable)
*Any Complete System or Tower/Desktop System in its original condition.
*Any unopened CDs, OS, Software (If opened not returnable).
*Any Hardware or Accessories in it original condition.
All Items must be with original packaging and accessories!
PLEASE NOTE: That we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from MW Computer Design & Service. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee of 18% at our discretion.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
(Customer/Buyer pays all shipping and handing fees of Returns.)
Just a few simple steps for returning items:
(1) Must have/obtain a shipping label, and have original packaging and accessories.
(2) Pack the items along with the packing slip (copy of receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
(3) Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
(4) Leave the package for your mail carrier to pickup.
All of our new parts/computer systems come with a manufacturers warranty of at least 1 year. Some come with more. We warrant all of our Custom Computers to be free from defects and to operate as intended for 1 year.
This includes all installed components. All warranties are considered void if the computer has been modified from it's original state. (If you want to modify or upgrade your computer please contact us).
We will give you an authorization number that will allow you to make changes to your computer and you will still get the remainder of your warranty. This is for your protection. If we know what changes you make to your computer, we can help you with future issues that may arise. After your warranty is expired, and you need service on an item such as a hard drive or CD drive, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the component.
Terms & Service Conditions:
MW Computer Design & Service reserves the right to reject service to anyone at any time depending on the circumstances. You are required to let our technicians know of any existing damage. If you fail to do so MW Computer Design & Service and our technicians will not be responsible for any further damage caused by not being aware of the existing damage. On all computer repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting, we only warrant the “service” that was performed for a period of 14 days which does not include any software issues created and/or caused by the “end user” such as virus, spyware, tampering with the settings etc...
We absolutely do not cover any misuse, tampering, abuse, fire, theft, accidental damage, surges, spikes or brownouts. This applies to all our services.
MW Computer Design & Service will make every reasonable effort to protect your data. However, it is possible that data can be lost due to factors beyond our control. You, the customer, are responsible for backing up your data. We may back up your data for you at your request, if your system has the necessary components to do so on-site or by other means at our Shop/Office. MW Computer Design & Service will not be held responsible in any way for lost data or any loss of revenue or income resulting from such loss.
The customer understands that ALL DATA WILL BE LOST if we have to format your hard drive and it is not backed up, including any applications that are not included with your version of Windows that you do not have legal CD’s and/or keys for. You also acknowledge and agree that during the course of service, data (personal files) can become corrupt or unusable, in such case you cannot hold MW Computer Design & Service responsible. If your computer problem reoccurs subsequent to a service call, or another problem occurs, this will be considered a separate issue, and if a service call is requested, you will be charged our regular rate.
Hardware warranty is via original manufacturer only, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Data backup, ghosting, drive imaging, drive copying and data transfer depends on the condition of your disk and data integrity. Charges will apply for these backup services.
You will void your warranty if you or any other unauthorized person adds or removes any device from the network, removes our cables, change any settings in the network or moves any data jacks that we install. Refer to your service contract and/or invoice for warranty information.
MW Computer Design & Service will not do any work without your consent.
If our technicians find anything else wrong with your system besides what you mentioned, you will be notified with an estimate before any such work is undertaken. If you agree, the additional work will be done and you can pay the balance upon pickup. If you do not want the work undertaken, you will be charged a $30.00 diagnostic fee.
- Customer agrees to pay any expenses, materials and labor.
- Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Customer authorizes MW Computer Design & Service to perform work on my PC, network and/or any other technical service.
- Customer is aware of the potential loss of data or damage to hardware or software that may occur as a result of my computer being repaired.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that MW Computer Design & Service rely on information I have provided them in repairing my computer. I acknowledge that MW Computer Design & Service will accept no liability for any loss or damage to my computer (including hardware or software) which arises out of incorrect or incomplete information provided by me.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that MW Computer Design & Service will perform the computer repair services with due care and skill, but further acknowledge that the liability of MW Computer Design & Service for any loss or damage to my computer (including hardware and software), however caused, is limited to supplying the service again.
